WHAT'S THE LATEST ON THE INTERNET???
Statistics from the National Association of Realtors new Buyer-Seller Survey reveal:
9 out of 10 home buyers use a real estate agent in the search process. Not a big surprise and this has not changed much over recent years.
However, the use of the Internet to search for a home has risen dramatically over time, increasing from only 2% of buyers in 1995 to 77% in 2005.
What am I doing to ensure maximum online exposure for my listings? All of my listings appear in 4 websites from listing through closing. These sites are:
