What is "feedback?" Feedback is what we hear from buyers and agents after they have seen your property. It may be very vague. (i.e. "They just started looking and don't know what they want.") It may be very helpful. (i.e. "The home was filthy and there was a leak in the roof.")
We obtain feedback by calling agents after showings and we record it in a log. We then call you with the comments. Many times, we do not receive feedback calls. We don't always reach you with the updates we do get. We leave messages if possible.
What is "online feedback?" Our Sellers can now go to Lorirowe.com and see the most recent showing activity and read feedback comments 24 hours a day. Here's how: Go to www.lorirowe.com Click on Client Access Your **** is your user name. Your password is ****. This should take you to the list of showings and any feedback we have obtained.
